“Little Green … Molecules? What the Chemistry of Space Can Tell us About Life in the Universe” by Susanna Widicus Weaver, Professor of Chemistry and Astronomy
Tuesday, December 12 at 7:00 pm

Astrochemists study how certain molecules, which are the building blocks of life, form in the universe and are incorporated into planets. This talk will survey UW-Madison’s astrochemistry research program, which incorporates laboratory spectroscopy, observational astronomy, and astrochemical modeling to decipher the chemistry that might lead to life in the universe.

The presentation will be offered in person and recorded for you to enjoy at a later time. We will post a link to the recorded presentation on spaceplace.org.
