Notes for Desmond Thomas Denny Townsend
Desmond was educated at Bedstone School, in Bucknell, Shropshire. Following school he worked for the Automobile Association before taking up an appointment with British Steel where he remained until his retirement in 2001.
Desmond retired to Torquay in 2002.
