Snezana Stanimirovic is Assistant Professor of Astronomy in the Astronomy
Department at the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison.
She moved to Madison after working as a research associate in the Radio Astronomy Lab, at the University of California Berkeley. Before Berkeley, she spent three years on the island of Puerto Rico, working at the Arecibo Observatory (1999-2002). She earned her undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Mathematics, Belgrade University (1991-1996), and her PhD at the University of Western Sydney (1996-1999) - jointly supervised by the Australia Telescope National Facilities.
