    MATERIAL FROM CLASS 3: Wed September 13

    There are two lunar eclipses in 2007:
    the Moon will rise totally eclipsed on 3 March 2007, and set in eclipse on August 28, 2007. (Which of these will you be able to see in the evening?)

  • NASA eclipse site, including maps of where the eclipses will be visible
  • An amateur site with nice pictures of lunar and solar eclipses
