Deer
Go into the woods with your bow
Look for a game trail or a body of water
Look for deer tracks or droppings
Figure out the number and size of the deer
If there are more than one set of tracks:
--- pick the freshest ones, or
--- if many are fresh, pick the one closest to the size of the deer you want
Follow trail of deer
Listen very carefully for the deer
Attempt to approach from downwind
When the deer is close, move quietly towards it
When the deer is in sight, take cover behind an open bush
Nock an arrow, and aim
Aim some more
Shoot the arrow and kill the deer
Follow the deer if it lived
But don't chase it to closely, or you will scare it
Stalk and shoot it again
Bring the dead deer back to camp
Cook the deer
