About Me

I am a PhD candidate in Astronomy at the University of Wisconsin Madison. I recieved my M.S. in physics and M.A. in Astronomy from UW Madison. I am working with Professor Alex Lazarian with my research interests including the application of MHD turbulence theory to radio and optical observations, turbulence in diffuse atomic hydrogen and molecular clouds, and particle astrophysics. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Louisville with a minor in Latin. In addition to my research, I have a strong interest in public outreach and teaching. Currently I am the UW Madison astronomy department outreach coordinator.
