A first night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card must accompany each reservation request. Any guaranteed rooms not canceled twenty-four hours prior to the day of arrival and not utilized by 6:00 AM the following morning, will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed. *Exception: Any individual may cancel reservations, without penalty due to family emergency or personal illness. The check-in-time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) and check-out-time is 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time). Guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM (Easter Time) will be accommodated, as rooms become available. Secured luggage storage is available at the bellstand. The Omni offers excellent meal prices to their guests at their Galileo's Rooftop Restaurant that has a spectacular view of Yale University, New Haven Green and Long Island Sound.
