NO MORE THAN 1 PAGE FOR THIS MATERIAL. If you are requesting observing time for an ONGOING project, please summarize progress to date, and explain why more data are needed. How many nights have been allocated and how many were useful? Also discuss how much time you think will be needed to complete or reach the next major milestone for your project. If this is the first request for a NEW observing project, the TAC is also interested in how much observing time this project will take and what other telescopes or resources are being used. b. Recent results The last page first allows you to briefly tell us what you've recently accomplished with WIYN. If this is an ongoing project, use this section to show progress and publications.
