Subject: Call for Semester 2003B 0.9m proposals

All,

This is a call for Semester 2003B 0.9m proposals.
We attach the observing proposal template. As
last semester, we will allocate NOAO time at the
same time as time from the university partners,
thus providing us with greater flexibility.
Therefore we suggest the following target schedule:

*** [                    6 COPIES TO LOCAL COMMITTEE   ] ***

    May 12: Proposals should be submitted to the
                 local committee, and to heidis@noao.edu
                 for technical review.

    May 23: Each institution should submit a ranked
                 list of proposals, to Heidi at the above
                 address, and any modifications to the
                 proposals that have been made in the
                 review process.

    May 30: Schedule released.

At this point the telescope is in nominal operation.
The available instrumentation will once again be
S2KB and the Mosaic imager. We will get the Mosaic
imager schedule to you as soon as it is available.
