Subject: WIYN 0.9m Mosaic schedule for S2003A semester

Folks, 

The message below will give you a sense of what Mosaic imager time will 
be available in the coming semester. There is a complete dark run at the
end 
of May, and three nights in March. Note that March 9 and May 8 will
likely 
also be available.

Our allocation is 15 Mosaic nights, 5 dark and 10 bright. But some of our
partners do not want Mosaic nights, so don't hesitate to ask for what you
need.

Hi Bob and Heidi,

As the draft 2003A schedule now stands, we can offer MOSA for
scheduling at the W0.9m on two blocks:

  March 10 - March 27 18 total, 13B and 3 D once 2 T&E removed
  May   09 - June  15 36 total, 19B and 15D once 2 T&E removed

Let us know as soon as you can how much of this can be scheduled.  We
have one highly ranked NOAO program requesting 8D (plus others wanting
bright time), so we'll have to use bright for some of that, like in the
past.
