Conference Fee:

Please note that your registration is not considered complete until we have received payment of the registration fee.

The regular conference fee is $375. It includes breakfast, coffee and snack breaks in the mornings and afternoons, and lunches on all five conference days, as well as one ticket to the conference banquet on Thursday, 4 June 2009 and one ticket to the reception on Sunday, 31 May 2009, the excursion on Wednesday 3 June, as well as the contribution to publish conference proceedings.

The payment deadline is 30 April 2009.

Late payments will be accepted until May 20th at an increased fee of $425.

Banquet:

Additional banquet tickets will be available at $50 each.
