From the Dane County Airport in Madison, take a taxi (for those staying at the University Inn) or the free shuttle (for those staying at the Double Tree Hotel). You may have to call the Double Tree to request their shuttle. There is a free phone to call the Double Tree in the baggage claim room at the airport. It is roughly 5-6 miles from the airport to down town Madison and should cost about $12-$15. Both hotels are within easy walking distance (5-10 mins) of Chamberlin Hall where the meeting will take place.
